Please read these Terms carefully before engaging Luxen Workforce's services. By submitting a hiring mandate, registering as a candidate, or entering into any agreement with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. Questions? About Luxen Workforce

Luxen Workforce is a premium talent solutions firm headquartered in Bandra East, Mumbai. We provide permanent placement, contract staffing, and talent acquisition across Blue Collar, Grey Collar, White Collar, and Executive categories — with a focus on Mumbai's corporate belt including BKC and the Western suburbs.

Luxen Workforce acts as an intermediary between candidates seeking employment and employers seeking talent. We do not directly employ candidates placed with client organisations unless separately agreed in writing under a contract staffing arrangement.

02 Clients

Terms for Employer Clients

By submitting a hiring mandate to Luxen Workforce — whether in writing, via email, or via WhatsApp — the Client agrees to the following:

  • Provide an accurate and complete job description, including role, responsibilities, salary range, location, and preferred joining timeline.
  • Notify Luxen Workforce within 48 hours of conducting any interview with a referred candidate, confirming the outcome.
  • Notify Luxen Workforce immediately upon a placed candidate's confirmed joining date, so that the placement invoice may be raised and the guarantee period commenced.
  • Not approach, engage, or hire — directly or indirectly — any candidate introduced by Luxen Workforce without paying the applicable placement fee. This obligation applies for 12 months from the date of introduction.
  • Pay the agreed placement fee within the payment terms specified in the mandate confirmation or client agreement.

Luxen Workforce reserves the right to pause active mandates for any client with outstanding dues until payment is cleared.

03 Candidates

Terms for Candidates

Luxen Workforce charges zero fees to candidates at any stage — including registration, interview preparation, or placement. Our fees are paid exclusively by employer clients.

By registering with Luxen Workforce, candidates agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all forms and communications.
  • Remain reachable on their registered WhatsApp number and respond within 24 hours when contacted.
  • Attend all confirmed interviews. Failure to attend without 12 hours' prior notice may result in removal from the active candidate pool.
  • Carry all required original documents to interviews as instructed.
  • Inform Luxen Workforce immediately upon accepting or rejecting any offer resulting from Luxen's referral.
  • Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or documents to any employer introduced by Luxen Workforce.
  • Inform Luxen Workforce at least 14 days in advance if they intend to resign from a placement within the applicable guarantee period.
04 Guarantee

Replacement Guarantee Policy

Luxen Workforce offers a replacement guarantee on every permanent placement. The guarantee period is determined by the role's compensation structure:

Applies where the role is purely incentive or commission-based with no fixed monthly salary component.

If the candidate exits within 30 days of joining — voluntarily or by termination — Luxen will source a replacement at no additional fee.

Important conditions: The guarantee is activated upon written notification from the Client within 7 days of the candidate's exit. It applies once per placement. The guarantee does not apply where: (i) the client materially changed the role, salary, or working conditions after joining; (ii) the original placement fee has not been paid; or (iii) the role was made redundant by the client within the guarantee period. The applicable guarantee type for each placement is confirmed in the Mandate Confirmation at the time of placement.

05 Fees

Fixed fee per placement, as agreed per mandate. Tiered structure with applicable volume discounts for bulk mandates.

A tax invoice is raised upon the candidate's confirmed joining date. Payment is due within the timeline specified in the client agreement or mandate confirmation (standard: 30 days from joining date). Payments are accepted via bank transfer. Outstanding dues may result in active mandates being paused until cleared.

06 Non-Circumvention

Non-Circumvention

All candidates presented by Luxen Workforce are introduced exclusively in the context of a paid placement service. Clients agree not to hire, engage, or refer any candidate introduced by Luxen — directly or through any group company, subsidiary, or affiliated entity — without the prior written consent of Luxen Workforce and without payment of the applicable fee.

This obligation remains in force for 12 months from the date of each candidate's introduction, regardless of whether a placement was ultimately made.

Breach of this clause entitles Luxen Workforce to invoice the Client for the full applicable placement fee, plus an administrative penalty of 25% of that fee.

07 Confidentiality

Confidentiality

All information shared between Luxen Workforce and its clients or candidates — including candidate profiles, job requirements, fee structures, and business information — is strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of any agreement for a period of 2 years.

08 Privacy

Data Privacy

Luxen Workforce collects personal data from candidates — including name, contact details, Aadhaar number, educational qualifications, and employment history — solely for the purpose of job matching and placement. This data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorised Luxen Workforce personnel.

Candidate data will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party other than employer clients to whom a candidate's profile is being presented for a specific vacancy. Candidates may request deletion of their profile at any time by contacting us at +91 88288 10135. Deletion requests are processed within 7 working days.

Aadhaar numbers are collected solely for unique candidate identification. They are not used for any financial transaction, government filing, or any other purpose.

09 Liability

Limitation of Liability

Luxen Workforce's liability is limited to the value of the placement fee paid for the specific placement in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the performance or non-performance of a placed candidate.

Luxen Workforce does not guarantee employment to any candidate, a specific salary outcome, or placement within any particular timeframe. Clients are responsible for conducting their own reference checks and verifying candidate suitability beyond the document verification provided by Luxen Workforce.

10 Legal

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai.

Luxen Workforce reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients and partners. Continued engagement with Luxen Workforce after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11 Institute Partners

Institute Partners

Luxen Workforce partners with colleges, vocational institutes, and training organisations across Mumbai to provide placement support to their students and alumni. By entering into a partnership with Luxen Workforce, the institute agrees to the following:

  • Share accurate and updated student/alumni data only with the written consent of the individuals concerned, in compliance with applicable data protection norms.
  • Not share or refer any candidate introduced by Luxen Workforce to a competing placement agency or entity without prior written consent from Luxen Workforce.
  • Designate a single point of contact (Training & Placement Officer or equivalent) for all communications with Luxen Workforce.
  • Facilitate on-campus drives, seminars, or registration events as mutually agreed under the Institute Partnership MoU.
  • Not make any public claims, advertisements, or announcements regarding the partnership without prior written approval from Luxen Workforce.

Luxen Workforce's obligations to Institute Partners are governed by the Institute Partnership MoU signed at the time of onboarding. In the absence of a signed MoU, these general terms apply. Placement fees, if any, earned through institute-referred candidates are subject to the standard fee schedule and are not shared with the institute unless separately agreed in writing.

12 Creator Partners

Creator & Influencer Partners

Luxen Workforce's Creator Partner Programme allows content creators, influencers, and community managers to earn commission by referring candidates who successfully register through their unique Luxen Affiliate Number (LAN) code. By joining the programme, Creator Partners agree to the following:

  • Only promote Luxen Workforce's services honestly and accurately — no misleading claims about job guarantees, salary promises, or placement timelines.
  • Not create or distribute content that brings Luxen Workforce into disrepute, or that conflicts with Luxen's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Use only their assigned LAN code for tracking — sharing, selling, or transferring LAN codes to third parties is not permitted.
  • Not offer incentives, payments, or rewards of any kind to candidates in exchange for registering through their LAN code.
  • Disclose their affiliate relationship with Luxen Workforce in all promotional content, as required by applicable advertising standards.
Commission & Payout Terms

Commission rates range from 15% to 30% of Luxen Workforce's placement fee for each successfully placed candidate referred via the Creator Partner's LAN code. Commissions are paid out within 45 days of placement fee receipt from the employer. Luxen Workforce reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice to active Creator Partners.

Luxen Workforce reserves the right to terminate any Creator Partner's participation in the programme at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Any commissions earned prior to termination will be honoured subject to the standard payout timeline.

13 Referrals

Referral Programme

Any individual — whether a registered candidate, past client, community member, or general contact — may refer candidates or employer clients to Luxen Workforce and earn a referral reward upon successful placement. By participating in the Referral Programme, individuals agree to:

  • Only refer individuals who have consented to being referred to Luxen Workforce and to having their information shared for placement purposes.
  • Not misrepresent Luxen Workforce's services, fees, or placement outcomes when referring candidates or clients.
  • Provide accurate contact details for referred individuals to enable follow-up by the Luxen Workforce team.
  • Acknowledge that referral rewards are contingent on the referred candidate's successful placement and the employer's payment of the placement fee — referral rewards are not payable on registration alone.
  • Not refer individuals who have already been in contact with Luxen Workforce through another channel within the preceding 90 days.

Referral reward amounts, timelines, and payout structures are as specified in the Luxen Workforce Referral Programme document shared at the time of participation. Luxen Workforce reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Programme at any time, with such changes applying to future referrals only — not to referrals already in progress.

  • All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and documents — is the property of Luxen Workforce and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
  • The website is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of employment, salary, or placement outcome.
  • Luxen Workforce is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on this website, which may be updated or amended without notice.
  • Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of data from this website is strictly prohibited.
  • Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its backend systems is a violation of applicable law and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
