Is there any registration fee or hidden charges? +

Absolutely zero. Registration is free. The grooming programme is free. Placement is free. Luxen Workforce charges candidates nothing — not now, not ever. Our fees are paid entirely by the hiring companies.

Why do you need my Aadhar number? +

Your Aadhar number is used only to prevent duplicate registrations — the same way banks and government job portals use it for KYC. It ensures every candidate in our system is a real, unique person. Your number is encrypted and never shown to employers or shared with any third party.

What happens after I submit this form? +

Our team reviews your profile within 3–5 working days and contacts you on WhatsApp. If your profile matches a live vacancy, we brief you on the role and arrange an interview. If there is no immediate opening, your profile stays active and we reach out as soon as a matching opportunity comes up.

What is the 5-day grooming programme? +

A free, 5-day Corporate Readiness Programme at our centre. We cover professional dress code, communication skills, corporate etiquette, document preparation, and mock interviews. Candidates who complete the programme are significantly more likely to get selected. Completely optional — but highly recommended.

I have no experience. Can I still register? +

Yes — freshers are welcome. We regularly place candidates with no prior experience, especially in blue and grey collar roles like security, housekeeping, reception, and sales. What matters more is attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Which cities do you place candidates in? +

Currently focused on Mumbai — BKC, Lower Parel, Andheri, Powai, and Navi Mumbai. Expanding to Pune and Delhi NCR soon. Register regardless of your location — we will contact you when a relevant opening appears near you.

Is my personal data safe? Who can see it? +

Your data is protected under India's IT Act, 2000. Only the Luxen Workforce team can access your profile. Employers only see your professional details — skills, experience, qualifications. Your Aadhar, address, and contact number are never shared without your consent.

What is the referral bonus and how does it work? +

Refer someone and they get successfully placed — you earn ₹1,000. Ask the person you refer to enter your name and WhatsApp number in the referral section of this form. Once their placement is confirmed and they complete 30 days, the bonus is paid to you directly.
